Dr. Logel works with a wide variety of acute and chronic clinical problems. The treatment plan developed in the initial consultation is customized based on careful assessment of the specific problem(s) identified in the initial consultation.
Education
Dr. Logel earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Iowa and completed the Internship in Clinical Psychology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He also completed psychoanalytic training at the Institute For Psychoanalysis, Chicago and the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Institute and is a graduate psychoanalyst.

As a member of the faculty of the Florida Psychoanalytic Center, Dr. Logel has taught classes in the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Course and in the training program in psychoanalysis.
As a member of the faculty of the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (MPSI), Dr. Logel has taught in nearly every forum in which MPSI offers classes, seminars, or other forms of instruction, including:
- Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program;
- Psychoanalytic Institute;
- Advanced Clinical Seminar; and,
- psychiatry residencies at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC), University of Minnesota, and Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Logel is licensed to practice psychology in Florida (Florida License PY7902) and Minnesota (Minnesota License LP0569).
